GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING
Halostands is the perfect gift set for people who are or want to be the true trendsetters. It already comes in ready-to-go gift packaging and gift card where you can write your greeting!
REFUNDS OF DAMAGED ITEMS
Although this haven`t happened so far, there is a possibility that the packaging might be damaged during transit. Please send a picture of the damage on the item upon arrival. We will quickly respond and work with you to remedy the situation.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns accepted for full refund of purchase price if contacted within 5 days of date received. The original piece must be mailed back to us with the proper packaging and including all received pieces. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please check our refund policy for more information.
If requesting an exchange, replacement will be sent out as soon as the original item is received. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
LOST HALO
In case of lost Halostands during transit, we will sent out new product. New product will be sent out ONLY AFTER we have received official notice from Latvian post office that the package has been lost which usually takes around 30 days to get this information.
RUSH ORDER
It might happen that you might be in rush to get your Halo as fast as possible. Drop us a message and we will put you in priority list and work out what would be the fastest possible time for you to receive the order.
LONGER SHIPPING TIMES
Please consider that the shipping times mentioned above are estimates which might be different due to such reasons as unprecidental weather conditions, strikes, memorial days, holidays as Christmas when the postal services are overloaded, Black Friday, Cyber Monday periods. To get more percise details about shipping times, please contact us directly!
ADDITIONAL ORDER SHIPPING
In case the customer has missed the order delivery (aka postal service has delivered multiple notifications regarding the pick up and it has not been fulfilled) and item has been sent back to the origin country aka producer, customer will need to pay for 2nd time of shipment. In case of refund, shop will deduct the shipping cost from final refund amount.
