THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

REFUNDS OF DAMAGED ITEMS

Although this haven`t happened so far, there is a possibility that the packaging might be damaged during transit. Please send a picture of the damage on the item upon arrival. We will quickly respond and work with you to remedy the situation.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns accepted for full refund of purchase price if contacted within 5 days of date received. The original piece must be mailed back to us with the proper packaging and including all received pieces. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

If requesting an exchange, replacement will be sent out as soon as the original item is received. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
